Religious Freedom from Mandatory Vaccinations?

What is the church's policy on vaccinations?  Will the church support individual member's beliefs to meet requirements set in the Florida HRS guidelines?

An area of misconception lies in the "religious exemption" clause. We, parents, are required to submit a letter with a church letterhead, from a church that disagrees with vaccinations.  This request is legally incorrect. The "religious beliefs" of an individual is not dictated by the policy of some church. Consulting a legal dictionary. Black’s Law Dictionary, provides these definitions:

Religion: "Man’s relation to Divinity, to reverence, worship, obedience, and submission to mandates and precepts of supernatural or superior beings. In its broadest sense includes all forms of belief in the existence of superior beings exercising power over human beings by volition, imposing rules of conduct, with future rewards and punishments. Bond uniting man to God, and a virtue whose purpose is to render God worship due him as source of all being and principle of all government of things." (Nikulnikoff v. Archbishop, etc., of Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church, 142 Misc. 894, 255 N.Y.S. 653,663)

Religious freedom: "Within Constitution embraces not only the right to worship God according to the dictates of one’s conscience, but also the right to do, or forbear to do, any act, for conscience sake, the doing or forbearing of which is not inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society." (Barnette v. West Virginia State Board of Education, D.C.W.Va. 47 F. Supp. 251, 253,254; Jones v. City of Moultrie, 196 Ga. 526,27 S.E. 2d 39)

Letter to HRS for a Religious Exemption on Vaccination.

We are oppose to vaccinations due to religious reasons. In following the natural laws God ordained, we as individual members of the Church, religiously believe the Bible is our instruction manual, which forbids the transfer of unclean flesh residues and poisons into our bodies.  This poisoning of oneself is a sin. A Christian is to present his/her body as a "living sacrifice", Romans 12:1-2 and should therefore keep that body unpolluted. Our body is God's Temple. God will destroy those who willfully pollute it, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17. The Christian's body is paid for, now the property of Jesus Christ and is to be taken care of as the owner dictates, 1Corinthians 6:20, 7:23.

God said to avoid eating the flesh of certain animals. He gave us a list of which animals, fish and birds were "fit to eat," and gave us general guidelines for recognizing those animals which would be acceptable. In Leviticus 11:3 and Deuteronomy 14:6, God stated that any cud chewing animal with parted hooves would be clean. Deuteronomy 14:4-5.

These laws of God were extended into the New Testament covenant, which are based on faith, Romans 3:31. Apostle John echoed Paul's view in I John 3:24 and 5:3. "Whoever keeps his commandments remains in God, and God in him...This is what the love of God is: keeping his commandments. Nor are his commandments burdensome..." This new covenant was prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31, Ezekiel 39:39, and Joel 2:28.

Our religion contains a fundamental belief that forbids eating unclean flesh, such as pork and monkey flesh. Cells from monkeys, horses, dogs, pigs, and aborted fetuses are used in vaccine processing. Polio viruses are passed through monkey kidneys, and the rubella virus through human diploid cells, dissected organs of an aborted fetus. During serial passage of the virus through animal cells, foreign genetic material is transferred from one host to another. These unanticipated matter, animal RNA and DNA, contaminate the shots. Because this biological matter is injected directly into the body, researchers say it can change our genetic makeup. These unclean flesh residues are biblically condemned to be entered into our bodies. The unclean cells method of entry, injections, impacts our bodies the most destructive way.

In addition the germs are strengthened with adjutants (antibody boosters) and stabilizers by adding drugs, antibiotics, and toxic disinfectants to the concoction: neomycin, streptomycin, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum hydrochloride, sorbitol, hydrolyzed gelatin, formaldehyde, and thimerosal (a mercury derivative). These additives, aluminum, formaldehyde, and mercury, are extremely toxic substances with a long history of documented hazardous effects. Studies confirm that microscopic doses of these substances can lead to cancer, neurological damage, and death. Yet, each may be found in childhood vaccines.

We believe God is an all-wise Creator as well as a loving Father. We believe his biblical instructions represent the wise instructions of a caring Father who wishes to guide his children into beneficial behaviors and away from destructive practices. Any human parent who protects his children from the injection of poisons and unclean animal proteins are displaying parental love. God's instructions are offered to us in the same spirit of parental love.

Millions of people have died and suffered in the last two millennia because they have forsaken the laws of God. We now know God's laws were based on scientific knowledge that was 3000 years ahead of its time. These laws protect us from animal viruses. When millions of people were given polio vaccines in 1950s and 1960s, an undetected virus jumped the species barrier . The contaminated virus is the SV-40 virus. It had gone undetected in the monkey organs used to prepare the vaccines. SV-40, Simian Virus #40, is the 40th such virus detected since researchers began looking. The virus is considered a powerful immunosuppressor and trigger for the AIDS virus, HIV. Researchers consider it to be cancer causing. It causes a clinical condition similar to AIDS, and has been found in brain tumors, leukemia, and other human cancers as well. Illnesses and death are the results of disobeying God's laws. Man's nature is greed, as millions of profit each year is going to the drug companies.

So our personal belief is to follow the natural laws God ordained, we as individual members of the Church, religiously believe the Bible is our instruction manual, and that the Bible forbids vaccinations consisting of unclean flesh residues, poisons, and foreign proteins into one's body, the temple of God.

We also believe, as people continually disobey God, the prophesied "pestilence" will amplify. AIDS is an evidence and its only the beginning. There are now evidences that the mysterious crib deaths, SIDS, are connected to DTP vaccinations. There have been thousands of cases of disability and loss of life, brain damage, allergic reactions from vaccinations. This is so obvious that many states and countries have banned several vaccines. First accepted, the diphtheria vaccine is now discontinued in the state of Tennessee due to too many babies' untimely deaths immediately following vaccination. Japan has now banned early DTP vaccinations. Since 1979, all known U.S. cases of polio are the results of polio vaccinations. The swine flu vaccine is now condemned and abolished after thousands of the elderly died from its vaccination. A paradox, the swine flu never arrived. Vaccinations do not give permanent immunity. They only delay mild childhood diseases such as measles unto adulthood when they become killer diseases. God knows better.
